The
following services are presently provided at our school:
- Annual Preschool Screening for 3 -
5 year old children in the
area of concept, motor, speech-language and hearing development.
- Screening in speech, language,
hearing, and middle ear of Kindergarten
through grade 3 children, if necessary in the fall.
- Diagnostic testing for students
referred to the PPT by parents,
teachers, physicians, or as indicated by speech-language screening.
- Direct speech, language and hearing
services for children demonstrating
the need from age 3 through grade six.
- Development and implementation of
classroom programs to provide
a well rounded, carryover program in each student’s individual are of
need.
- Inservicing teachers and instructional
assistants in classroom
carryover programs and techniques.
